Stokes was arrested in January for probation violation in Escambia County. In 2021, he was arrested in Okaloosa County for domestic battery, in Escambia County for failure to appear and drugs, and in Santa Rosa County for probation violation. Stokes was arrested in 2020 for probation violation and picked up on an out-of-county warrant in Okaloosa County; was held for burglary and grand theft of a fire arm in Santa Rosa County; and was held for burglary and failure to appear for burglary in Escambia County. In 2017, Stokes was arrested for burglary, petty theft, grand theft and dealing in stolen property in Okaloosa County; and for burglary, grand theft of a firearm and dealing in stolen property in Santa Rosa County.
