Cornish was arrested in November 2022 for probation violation with an additional charge of trespassing added in December 2022. A second additional charge of arson was added Jan. 3. Cornish was arrested in 2022 for resisting arrest, probation violation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, drugs, trespassing, carrying a concealed weapon, grand theft auto and failure to appear. In 2021, she was arrested for domestic battery, aggravated assault, carrying a concealed (unlicensed) weapon, use/display of a weapon during a felony and use of a firearm under the influence of alcohol.

Chessher was arrested in 2022 for drugs, using the wrong license plate, driving with a suspended license and domestic battery.
