Hunter Glenn Carmichael

21, additional charge weapon/ammo possession, in Crestview, April 4

Carmichael was arrested in March for drugs, resisting arrest, firing a weapon into an occupied vehicle and assault. He was arrested in 2021 for resisting arrest, sexual assault and probation violation. In 2020, he was arrested for domestic battery, no driver’s license and drugs.

Ray Von Holder

61, probation violation, in Santa Rosa County, April 4

Cindel Thames Criss

37, additional charge of probation violation, in Crestview, April 5

Criss was arrested in March for domestic battery. She was arrested in 2022 for DUI, refusal to submit to a DUI test and probation violation and in 2021 for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.

Allen Russell Mobley

37, weapon/ammo possession, April 6

Mobley was arrested in 2022 for driving with a suspended license, weapon/ammo possession by a convicted felon, drugs and domestic battery. He was arrested in 2019 for battery and drugs, in 2018 for drugs and domestic battery and in 2017 for domestic battery.

Carolyn Suzanne Barnes

31; drugs, smuggle contraband into a detention facility, evidence tampering; in Santa Rosa County; April 7

Barnes was arrested in 2022 for battery, failure to appear and probation violation in Santa Rosa County. She was arrested in 2021 for domestic battery and conditional release violation in Santa Rosa County.

Edward Delonie Daugherty

41; from Crestview; suspended/revoked license, drugs; April 7


Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

  1. Good Lord, is it every year police have to re-arrest people with felony’s, drugs, domestic battery, firearms possession, etc. Why aren’t they put away, are we using the 3 strikes & you go away for a long time or is a question of ‘where the hell can we put them’?
