Seffens was arrested in February for fleeing to elude and failure to register a vehicle. He was arrested for failure to appear and probation violation in 2020, and failure to appear and marijuana possession in 2017.

Caporaletti was arrested in February for resisting arrest and grand theft auto. He was arrested for resisting arrest, probation violation and petty theft in 2022; for probation violation in Santa Rosa County in 2021; and for failure to appear, driving with a suspended license, trespassing, drugs and an out-of-county warrant in Santa Rosa County in 2020.

Nolan was arrested in 2022 for aggravated assault/domestic violence with intent to commit a felony, domestic battery, resisting arrest and probation violation; in 2020 for violation of conditional release, battery, aggravated battery and drugs; and in 2019 for drugs and burglary with assault or battery.
