Samuel Jacob Salter; 29; second offense battery, kidnapping/false imprisonment of an adult, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence in a third-degree felony; Aug. 27. Salter was arrested for domestic battery by strangulation, obstructing justice, kidnapping, petty larceny, resisting arrest and failure to appear in October 2018 as well as domestic battery by strangulation in April 2018.
Frank James Goodbred, 36, from Milton, drugs, Aug. 29
Jacob Daniel Mashburn; 26; armed burglary, larceny/grand theft of a firearm; in Santa Rosa County; Aug. 29
Michael Ray Walker, 47, felony parole violation, in Santa Rosa County, Aug. 29. Walker was arrested in May for petty theft in June. He was also arrested for a moving traffic violation in Santa Rosa County in March 2018.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
