HOLT, Fla., Sept. 4, 2019–It was a day of giving at the Holt Community Food Pantry Wednesday.
Not only was the pantry open for business, but before the doors opened to customers at 9 a.m., the pantry and its workers received some special donations.

Tiffany Woodham, Crestview’s State Farm agent, presented a $200 check to the pantry to help with costs of feeding those in need.
Joining Woodham was Crestview Rotary Club member Samma Brannon who brought a box of T-shirts with newly designed pantry logos for the team and announced a $500 grant for the pantry from Walmart.

Rotary member Samma Brannon shows off a new pantry logo designed by her daughter, Naomi Brannon, who owns her own graphics business.
The T-shirts were designed by Brannon’s daughter, Naomi Brannon, who owns Sundog Graphix.
Woodham and the Crestview Rotary Club joined forces last year to put together 150 Thanksgiving dinner meal bags.
They intend to conduct a repeat food drive for this Thanksgiving.
To help stuff the dinner bags, Woodham is hosting a Good Neighbor Blood Drive Oct. 19 and request all donors to bring canned goods for the holiday food drive.
Those interested can follow her on Facebook for details.
