CRESTVIEW, Fla., Feb. 3, 2021—A January narcotics search warrant in Crestview led to seven arrests.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force search Jan. 28 at 821 S. Brett St. turned up used syringes, methamphetamine, fentanyl and other drug-related items.
There have been three search warrants at this location since 2019, according to an OCSO news release.
Of the 11 individuals at the residence at the time of the search, seven were arrested:

35, from Crestview, possession of drug paraphernalia

Roy Anthony Chamniss Jr
28, from Crestview, resisting without violence

Jeffery Dale Hawkins
41, from DeFuniak Springs, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence

Kelly Lee Hutto
40, from Crestview, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting without violence

Corey Michael Edwin Jones
33, from Crestview, keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity, possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia

Billy Joe Williamson II
31, from Pensacola, resisting without violence
Uppucshishe Adriana Jayde Burgess, 17, from Crestview, possession of a controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia
During the search, Hawkins was seen trying to swallow a bag of what he later admitted to as a suboxone strip, an opioid replacement treatment and a controlled substance.
Jones listed 821 S. Brett St. as his residence. According to witnesses at the scene, Burgess also lived there. Additionally, law enforcement officers found a digital scale, smoking paraphernalia and less than a gram of meth in her bedroom.
A shed in the back of the property was also searched and contained marijuana bongs and bags of what appeared to be marijuana.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, which includes the Fort Walton Beach and Crestview Police Departments, is focused on combating illegal narcotics in Okaloosa County.
