36; resisting arrest, out of county arrest warrant for probation violation in Walton County; in Crestview; Aug. 19
Brand was arrested in Walton County in February for possession of narcotic equipment. She was also arrested in 2020 for contempt of court, credit card fraud and trespassing.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
