Howell was arrested earlier this year for drugs, resisting arrest with violence and failure to appear. He was also arrested in 2020 for resisting arrest with violence and driving without a license.

32; drugs, driving with a suspended/revoked license; in Crestview; Sept. 26
McCowen was arrested in 2020 for driving with a suspended/revoked license, fleeing/eluding, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, possession of a weapon by a felon and resisting arrest. He was also arrested in 2019 for resisting arrest, drugs and petty theft.
Dusty Courtney Mobley
40, trespassing, Sept. 27
Mobley was arrested in 2020 for reckless driving, using the wrong license plate, drugs, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed unlicensed weapon and failure to appear for carrying a concealed weapon. He was also arrested in 2019 for drugs.
