37; failure to appear for resisting arrest, probation violation; Oct. 15
Brand was arrested in August in Walton County for probation violation and in February for drugs in Okaloosa County. Brand was also arrested in 2020 for contempt of court, credit card fraud and trespassing.
Wendi Michelle Harrell
37, probation violation, Oct. 15
Harrell was arrested in 2020 for driving with a suspended license and drugs.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
