Fleming was arrested in 2019 for probation violation and marijuana possession. He was arrested in 2017 for driving with a suspended/revoked license and failure to register a vehicle.

Brown was arrested in 2020 for fleeing with lights and siren active and driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for the above offenses. He was also arrested in 2019 for drugs and probation violation as well as failure to appear for drug charges in Santa Rosa County.
