Cody Dean Brown; 20; drugs, failure to appear for drug possession in Santa Rosa County in November; Feb. 20. He was booked in Santa Rosa County Feb. 22 for the above failure to appear.
Harry Morris Davis, 50, withholding child support, Feb. 20
John Dylan Fleming; 25; probation violation for improper vehicle registration, drugs; Feb. 20
Jared Charles Smith; 32; larceny, false ID while pawning stolen items, probation violation for child neglect; in Fort Walton Beach; Feb. 21. Smith was arrested in March 2018 for child neglect when he and a woman were passed out in a truck at a local convenience store with a child in the vehicle in Crestview. Drugs were found in the vehicle. Later in the same month, he was also arrested for drugs for fraud/passing bad checks. In August 2017, Smith was arrested for violating a domestic violence restraining order.
Incidents were in Holt unless otherwise noted. All persons are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
