Scoles was arrested in May 2022 for resisting arrest, drugs, destroying evidence and a hold for Santa Rosa County for failure to appear. He was arrested in April 2022 for failure to appear for felony battery, and in 2021 for drugs and an out-of-county warrant in Santa Rosa County. In 2020, Scoles was arrested for drugs and destroying evidence in Santa Rosa County, and in Okaloosa County for domestic battery, drugs, parole violation, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence, among other charges.
